I ran my first 5k this morning. I’m exhausted, and completely out of shape. I hadn’t ran since August, and before that it had been like a year since I ran. When I go to the gym I don’t really do cardio, which I’m going to change. But I completed it in a timely manner. Not the best time, but a time I’m proud of for my first race.

And random fun fact: when I signed in this morning my number was 419, and seeing as my birthday is April 19th, I geeked out a bit.
